Utilizing our International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified coaches, we employ a variety of blended coaching methodologies over mediums that include coach-facilitated sessions, web-based coaching, and case study constructed coaching. Furthermore, we understand that any talent-management strategy must be inextricably linked to an organization’s mission, vision and business strategy to function most effectively – and it is in that space where SCT thrives.
