Nwadimma Omoike, Professional Human Resources (PHR)
Nwadimma Omoike is an expert in Human Capital Management (HCM). She has over 20 years of experience, including HCM experience in recruitment, performance management, competency model development, employee rewards and recognition, climate survey administration, analysis, action planning, and workforce analytics. Nwadimma has an MBA from the Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins University, a BS in Policy Analysis from Cornell University, and a PHR certification.
