Overview:
An organization’s most important resource is its employees. We are experts in human capital strategic planning - identifying and developing the workforce strategies needed to execute the organization’s mission. This includes developing and aligning plans for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and development, performance management, retention, and succession planning for current and future mission requirements.

Human Capital Strategic Planning:
SCT will facilitate the design and development of a Human Capital Strategic Plan that translates your organizational strategy into human capital goals, objectives, and initiatives to drive measurable results in workforce performance. The HCSP will provide the direction to ensure you have the talent and skills needed to execute the mission. SCT will develop a comprehensive HCSP that: 1) effectively aligns with your priorities and goals; and 2) communicates leadership’s commitment to continual workforce development and engagement.
Workforce Planning:
SCT is experienced in applying a systematic process for identifying and addressing the gaps between the workforce of today and the human capital needs of tomorrow. SCT analyzes workload and process drivers, forecasts workforce supply and demand, assesses FTE and competency gaps, and recommends talent management initiatives to ensure that an organization has the right people, with the right skills, at the right time to fulfill its mission. SCT is experienced in institutionalizing this ongoing process to align the needs and priorities of the organization with those of its workforce.
Competency Assessments:
SCT is experienced in designing, implementing, and reporting on competency assessments across multiple career fields. We design competency models and assessments that measure an employee’s capabilities against proficiency requirements across leadership, core and technical competencies. We analyze proficiency skill gaps and recommend talent management strategies to address gaps.
Employee Engagement:
SCT supports organizations in creating a work environment where people can thrive, reach their full potential, innovate, and work with passion. An organization’s culture, and employee perceptions of that culture, are critical factors in measuring engagement. We enable organizations to understand, qualitatively and quantitatively measure, and create engagement. We develop customized action plans with managers and leadership focused on modifying behaviors, processes, and systems to meet employees’ evolving needs.
Succession Planning:
Succession planning is a critical component of proactive human capital management. We will help your organization identify mission critical positions and the skills and experiences one needs to be successful
in those key roles. We are experienced in supporting the design and implementation of programs to give employees the opportunity to develop competencies, participate in broadening assignments and ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
