Origin Story & Growth
SCT was founded by Sue Nicholas in 2015 with a vision of enabling employees to bring their authentic selves to the workplace to provide innovative and impactful solutions to leadership challenges. SCT has steadily grown to 100 employees, supporting a variety of contracts for Federal Civilian and DoD agencies and Academia.
Since our founding, SCT has served over 30 client organizations. Many of our clients, whom we have served for multiple years, are testaments to our commitment to serving as a trusted partner for strategic challenges.
