SCT Wins 10-year HR Solutions Personnel Life Cycle Solutions (PLS) IDIQ with the U.S. Army

Strategy Consulting Team (SCT), a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) headquartered in Fairfax, VA, was awarded a 10-year contract with the United States Army on Friday, December 21, 2018. SCT was one of eight small business awardees for the HR Solutions Personnel Life Cycle Solutions (PLS) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract has a 5-year base period through 2023 with five 1-year options through 2028 and a total program ceiling of $6B.

The scope of the IDIQ contract is to provide support for enterprise level human resource services for Department of Defense programs and systems, including a wide-range of personnel life cycle challenges such as personnel structure, manpower, training and development, compensation, sustainment and wellness, deployment, transition and data administration. Combined with its teaming partners, SCT has reach across six continents and 10,000+ employees to support the DoD and its global mission to serve.
