SCT is experienced in institutionalizing this ongoing process to align the needs and priorities of the organization with those of its workforce.
SCT is experienced in designing, implementing, and reporting on competency assessments across multiple career fields. We design competency models and assessments that measure an employee’s capabilities against proficiency requirements across leadership, core and technical competencies. We analyze proficiency skill gaps and recommend talent management strategies to address gaps.
